This was a great app before the update then as of this morning there is only one NA speaker? Whats going on? I hope the dev is reading this i will rerate once this i fixed but for now its not functional due to the lack of speakers

I had to delete and reinstall this app a few times but it is working now. There are a lot of great speakers under all the categories. I am happy to have it working again. It is a great app when it is not having any issues. You have a meeting in your pocket at all times. Despite my frustration from the last update I think this app is back on track! I guess the key is if you update then you need to delete and install again. I would recommend you get the app just have patience with it. The speakers are so worth listening to. There is something for everyone.

Speakers are only listed by name, and maybe location. There is no subject listed. So there is no way to know the topic before hand. You just have to randomly select a speaker and hope their subject is of interest. I tried using the search function. But none of the words I entered brought up anything. So if you are just willing to listen to any speaker on a completely random basis, this is your app.

The app was recommended in an OA newsletter by another member so I figured it would be ok. I saw past the 4.99 price tag and now I regret it. The app just doesnt work. Ive tried to get different recordings to play and after two weeks of trying I managed to get one to play. Its such a great idea that I wish someone please fix it ASAP!

4.99??!! My sponsor recommended it and I didnt think twice. Now Im stuck with a crappy app that WONT play ANY of the speakers. Thanks for nothing.

I wish id read the reviews before i bought this app-- it crashed almost immediately and now doesnt work. With so many people having the same experience I cant believe Mr Huff hasnt fixed the problem or taken the app down instead of continuing to take peoples money for an app that doesnt work. This seems like a violation of all the principles of the program....

I need recovery and I have time to switch speakers if it does not speak to my issues. There are lots to choose from. It has been a life saver when I can only go to one Al-Anon meeting a week. This new updated version, however, does not let me hear my downloads unless Im online. That is not the definition of a download. Anyway, I hope they continue to get the bugs out. Mine used to crash, but now it does not anymore. Not sure why. Good luck!

Dont listen to the other reviews. This app works perfect on my iPhone and I havent experienced any problems with it. Its exactly what I needed and worth the price. You pay 5 dollars for a single speaker tape anyways, this gives you hundreds!

I love everything about this ap. The recordings run smoothly and there are hundreds. You can also filter by AA, Al-anon, OA, NA and others which is nice since you sometimes need a booster for a particular issue. The recordings are clear and not static. Great deal for the money in my opinion.

I have found this app to be very helpful in between meetings. Helps to keep me focused. Highly recommend this app!!! Use it and keep coming back

No matter what addiction you are in recovery for the base is the same. This App is a meeting or workshop at your fingertips. It has sessions from Bill W and Dr Bob, AA 12 Step founders. Great OA workshops, OA Big Book Studies. In addition, I just discovered audio versions chapter by chapter of the entire Big Book. I am now on vacation and this has been my go to for inspiration and hope. The recordings are well done. Good luck and great recovery to you! It will be the best $3 youve ever spent.

I love this app. The speakers are awesome and I can listen in the car. However I noticed that since using it my data usage is skyrocketing. Is it because Im now addicted to constantly listening to the speakers when I cant be "in action"? Or would downloading the file allow me to listen without sucking up a lot of data? Anybody knowing? Id greatly appreciate it.

I have only accessed AA speakers, but have found this app invaluable. Some of the "trappings" have poor quality, but that is a function of the taping itself, not the App. Huge number of speakers available -- not always easy to find on UTube. i highly recommend! (Side benefit: the ability to "test drive" some of the other programs here. Looking forward to it.)

I like the app and the concept but because its an app you have to pay for I believe some of the options should run better. The apps description advertises downloading capabilities with the option to listen offline later. But the truth is I can only listen to the now playing speaker once offline and you need to be online to switch to a different speaker even though it is downloaded. 3 out of 5.

I mostly want to listen in my car. If I start listening to one speaker that Ive downloaded, it will play offline, but will not play any others that Ive downloaded until i get wifi again. I reported this back in late winter and the developer did not acknowledge it was a known issue and I felt like I might be the only one that had this issue, but now I know I am not. I cant tell if new speakers are added, are they? It would be nice if there was a NEW section or have recordings marked individually as new for, say, 6 months. Also maybe a way to upload speaker recordings or at least recommend some. I hope the developer is planning some improvements as there is a lot of potential here!

Great app. I listen to it through my Bluetooth , and sometimes at nite before bed. The only thing I wish they would improve is the sound quality.

Worth every penny this app has provided me with daily inspiration from wonderful speakers all over the country. Every time I am in the car I am listening to these wonderful people tell their story and it keeps me feeling good all week! LOVE this app. Everyone in recovery should know about it.

This app is amazing and the speakers are great I just wish there were more lol thank you for this app thanks to this app I have a greater understanding of the steps. And are there any speakers with the concepts as a theme if so point them out please :)

I love this app and tell all my recovery friends about this app. It is like having a meeting available 24/7. It was well worth the price!!!
